Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship domestically to all 50 states within the United States and select countries internationally.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing Time:
All orders requesting Ground Shipping and Free Shipping option will ship within 1 business day that are placed before 1pm CST  (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and US National Holidays).

Shipping:

  • Free US Shipping is available on orders totaling $50.00 or more (net of discounts, taxes and shipping fees) via UPS Ground or USPS.
  • Orders less than $50 ship via UPS Ground or USPS for $10 flat fee.
  • The free US economy shipping or $10 flat rate economy shipping are valid only for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and International).
  • Allow 5 - 7 business days to receive your order.
  • Shipping cost for all other service levels and destinations is determined in cart once you've entered your zip code. Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your shipment and service selected.
  • UPS Ground, 2 day and Next Day service options are not available for PO or APO Box addresses.  All shipments going to a PO or APO Box will be delivered by the USPS.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages:

To help with delivery issues, we offer Route Insurance which covers your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at the checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you did purchase Route Insurance, please contact them directly (https://claims.route.com/). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders ship out 1-2 times a week, business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and US National holidays). We are proud to offer a number of discounted flat rate shipping options to more than 40 countries.  For a list of available countries, please refer to the table below. 

If an international order is refused or unable to be delivered for any reason, your order will be refunded, minus all shipping costs after receipt by Yosi Samra. Some exclusions may apply.
